Our Mission

At Pascal Consultancy we believe lasting change begins when organisations and professionals truly understand the human reality of criminal exploitation.

Our mission is to inspire, educate and equip systems across the UK and internationally to see beyond behaviour, recognise the roots of vulnerability and respond with empathy, intelligence and integrity.

We exist to transform how criminal exploitation is understood, prevented and addressed across sectors from statutory services and law enforcement to NGOs and academic institutions. Through a blend of academic research, frontline experience and lived insight we bridge the gap between theory and practice and empower organisations to act with compassion and confidence.

We work alongside those shaping policy, delivering safeguarding and driving reform. Together we embed trauma informed and survivor centred approaches that change not only practice but perception.

At our core we believe knowledge has the power to change systems, compassion has the power to heal and collaboration has the power to end exploitation for good.

When organisations lead with understanding and humanity they do more than change policies. They change lives.

Our experience.

Pascal Consultancy was built from experience, resilience and purpose. Its foundation rests on a powerful combination of lived experience, frontline practice, leadership and academic expertise.

Our lived experience brings understanding that cannot be taught. Our frontline background ensures every approach is practical and grounded in real world challenges.

Our leadership experience drives vision and strategy.

Our academic insight ensures everything we do is informed, evidence based and credible.

Together these experiences shape a consultancy that bridges knowledge and empathy, turning insight into impact and experience into lasting change.

10+ Years

Of Lived Experience

Pascal Consultancy was born from lived experience, a journey marked by childhood trauma, domestic abuse and exploitation as one of the first recognised victims of modern slavery and human trafficking in the UK. We use the insight that came from lived experience to bridge the gap between policy and reality, turning survival into strategy and experience into change.

6+ Years

Frontline Practise

Our frontline work began long before consultancy. As support workers, mentors and case workers we have stepped into places many wouldn’t go and stood beside people the world had written off. We’ve walked into homes, hostels and streets where exploitation hides in plain sight, building trust where fear once lived. Every client we’ve supported has been met with belief, patience and dignity. We have always gone above and beyond not because it was required, but because every life deserves a chance to be seen, understood and rebuilt. That unwavering commitment still shapes everything we do today.

5+ Years

Leadership Experience

Our leadership experience spans years of managing people, practice and purpose within safeguarding and exploitation services.

We have led as Family Case Manager, overseeing 30 young people in care and 22 staff members. As Training Lead, we’ve delivered specialist exploitation training to professionals and practitioners. As Female Engagement Lead, we’ve managed complex, high risk cases and projects involving vulnerable women and girls.
