Bringing together frontline safeguarding experience, psychological insight and strategic expertise, Antonia and Mark combine practice, research and real life understanding to develop meaningful and effective approaches to prevention, protection and empowerment.
Their work challenges traditional responses, creating evidence informed frameworks and interventions that reflect the real experiences of women, girls and vulnerable young people.
Together, they are shaping stronger standards of safeguarding and intervention, bridging the gap between theory and reality while working to influence systems, practice and communities.
Their mission is not only to respond to harm but to prevent it, to equip individuals with the strength, knowledge and protection to move beyond vulnerability and into resilience, confidence and self-determination.
